Eye2eye Britain Panoramic Edition 3 Product Range  
New for 2008: VLE home use + complete panorama coverage of mainland Britain plus several major islands including the Orkneys - 1,390 panoramas.

Eye2eye Britain Panoramic Edition comes in three alternative packs - School Network Pack, School Copy & Paste Pack, and Home User Pack. Nearly all schools we've supplied recently order one of our School Packs. These are tailored to the needs of schools, both containing site licences, teaching documentation and upgraded software.

Both School Packs provide Copy & Paste - copying of photos, caption and map into your schoolwork. The School Network Pack also provides a network setup, making every PC in your school a window onto Britain. It also provides a year's VLE home use for your pupils. This is our most popular choice, as this use on multiple PCs works out as very little money per user computer, and it's useful even if you don't have a network. Our most popular choice for schools. Everything you need for unlimited users at your school. Unlimited number of PCs can be set up to use network or work stand-alone. A year's VLE home use for pupils is also included. Contains:
• Set of 2 CD-ROMs. Both are only needed when installing, software running from network or local hard disc.
• The School Network version of the software provides all features including Copy & Paste of images to schoolwork, 1,390 panoramas, plus sets up a fileserver with Eye2eye Britain cached on its hard disc for use by an unlimited number of network user PCs on a school site. If you don't have a network, you can also set up any number of 'stand-alone' PCs to use Eye2eye Britain without the CDs present (using 1400MB disc space). The software also sets up VLE home use for your pupils - see VLE page for more details.
• School Site Licence. Permits use on PCs at a school site and Teachers' homes, plus copying of photos to school work (not sold/published). Permanent licence with no user limit for on-site use. Licence also includes VLE home use by pupils for a year.
• Teaching Notes - project suggestions from the authors in a format useful for English, Scottish and Welsh schools.
• National Curriculum Notes - suggestions for Key Stage 2&3 Geography and History study units in the English curriculum.
• Network installation instructions with VLE use instructions on reverse.

Eye2eye Britain Internet Service, free for a year with the School Network Pack, provides (for more specification details, see our VLE page):
• VLE use. Your pupils can use Eye2eye Britain at home from any internet-connected PC, activated by your VLE, portal or password-protected website.
• Updates for your school from the internet. You can update your school fileserver and stand-alone installations from Eye2eye's web-site with an easy-to-use utility.
  
  After the first year, the internet service has an annual subscription price depending on the number of pupils at your school/college.

FREE for year with School Network Pack, then:

Complete teaching setup, but can only be used on one PC at a time as CD has to be present for use. Contains:

• Software version has Copy & Paste of images to schoolwork, and all 1,390 panoramas, but does NOT include internet service above.

• Eye2eye Britain Panoramic Edition DVD-ROM containing package of content and software which installs on a single PC. Eye2eye Britain can then be used when the DVD-ROM is present in the PC drive. You can view and print photos, but without Copy & Paste.
• Folded 4 page User Guide booklet written for home users, with Single Machine software licence page.
• Single Machine software licence allows installing on one PC, and does not permit reference by members of the public such as at school.
